Join us at the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Green Computing and Communications

IEEE GreenCom-2025 is held in Zhengzhou, Henan, China, October 30- November 02, 2025. Computer networks, communication systems, and other IT infrastructures have a growing environmental footprint due to the significant amounts of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission. To address such problems and create a sustainable environment, new energy models, algorithms, methodologies, platforms, tools and systems are required to support next-generation computing and communication infrastructures. Thus, green computing and communications solutions should be designed to better integrate renewable energy sources, to improve energy efficiency, and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and harmful materials. Topics for submissions include but are not limited to the following:

Paper Submission

All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conterence submission website (EDAS) in PDF format at the link below. Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 10 pages with over-length charge) for a regular full paper, 6 pages (or 8 pages with over-length charge) for a full paper including figures and references using the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscripts style.

Paper Publication

Papers accepted by IEEE GreenCom 2025 conference will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be invited for submission to a special issue
