Submission Instructions
- Regular Paper Submissions: at most 20 pages
- Research/Workshop Paper Submissions: at most 12 pages
Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, timeliness, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least three reviewers. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work. All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website (EDAS) in PDF format at EDAS.
* Instruction for single-blind Submission.
- Regular papers should present substantial, original, completed and unpublished work. Wherever applicable, concrete evaluation and/or analysis should be included.
- Research/Workshop papers should present original, unpublished work associated with the theme of a specific workshop. Novel ideas, methods, or applications related to the workshop scope, as well as concrete evaluation and/or analysis, should be included.
- Late Breaking Innovation (LBI) papers should present cutting-edge research across all ICA3PP topics. LBI submissions will undergo a review process, and those accepted will be included in the conference program as either Regular or Research papers, based on their quality, novelty, and completeness.

Paper Publication
Accepted conference papers will be published by Springer (EI indexed). Best paper awards will be presented at the conference. Selected high quality papers will be nominated to publish at high-level journal, after further extensions and revisions. Selected papers will be recommended for publication in prestigious journal Special Issues.
Some papers originally submitted as regular papers and based on review results can be accepted either as research papers or workshop papers. In such cases, the authors will need to reduce the number of pages of the paper accordingly when preparing the camera-ready version. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference.
