Call for Workshop Proposals

The 25st IEEE International Conference on Algorithms and Architectures for Parallel Processing calls for workshop/special session proposals which will complement the research topics of the algorithms and architectures for parallel processing.

A workshop or special session is an embedded session in ICA3PP 2025, focusing on a specific research topic relevant to the main conference. Each workshop or special session will be expected to accept more than 5 regular papers. It can also accept several work-in-progress papers up to the organizers.

Submission Guidelines:

Please email your special session proposals in PDF format by 15 May 2025 to: the ICA3PP 2025 Workshop/Special Session Chair, Shaojun Zou (sjzou@hainanu.edu.cn).

Please use ICA3PP 2025 workshop/special session proposal as the email subject.

Paper Submissions for accepted special session should follow the same Paper Submission Guidelines for the main conference.

The length of a special session paper submission is limited to 6-8 pages.

Important Dates:

Proposal Due: 15 May 2025

Proposal Notification: Within two weeks after submission

Submission & notification dues: No later than two weeks after the congress due dates

Camera ready version due: 30 August 2025
