Computer networks, communication systems, and other IT infrastructures have a growing environmental footprint due to the significant amounts of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission. To address such problems and create a sustainable environment, new energy models, algorithms, methodologies, platforms, tools and systems are required to support next-generation computing and communication infrastructures. Thus, green computing and communications solutions should be designed to better integrate renewable energy sources, to improve energy efficiency, and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and harmful materials.

The 19th IEEE GreenCom will be held in December 2023,Ocean Flower Island,Hainan, China. It will be an exciting international forum for scientists, engineers, and researchers to exchange their novel research regarding advancements in the state-of-art of green computing and communications, as well as to identify the emerging research topics and open issues for further researches.

POSTER SESSIONS
We invite proposals for novel ideas and prelimited research associated with the conference, addressing research areas related to the conference. Accepted posters will be included in the IEEE proceeding.

PAPER PUBLICATION
Accepted paper will be published by Conference Publishing Service (CPS) and will be submitted for indexing to EI (Compendex). At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings. Authors of some outstanding papers will receive invitations to submit revised and extended versions of their work. These submissions will be considered for potential publication in special issues of prestigious journals such as IEEE Network (IF: 10.294), Information Sciences (IF: 8.233), Information Fusion (IF: 17.564), Future Generation Computer Systems (IF: 7.307), Software: Practice and Experience (IF: 3.602), Tsinghua Science and Technology (IF: 3.515), among others.

PAPER SUMBMISSION
Paper submissions must be made electronically through the conference submission website (EDAS) using the following link: https://edas.info/N31026. The accepted format for submissions is PDF. For main conference papers, the page limit is 8 pages for regular papers and 6 pages for short papers, both following the IEEE proceedings format. Poster papers should be between 2 to 4 pages in length.
